Additionally, the DoIntern list is oddly never mentioned as being required or even mentioned on the Councils page. We have some oddities such as Deputy Helper (or any Presider except the Head Helper) being able to host Community Feedback threads but not required to link to the DoNotIntern list, despite the Head Helper being required to do so.
